Becketts is a Listed Grade II historic barn set amidst glorious Kentish countryside. The barn is over three hundred years old and with all modern facilities, but with extensive period features of beams and vaulted ceilings.
We have a large parking area and bicycles can be securely stored overnight. For walkers we have a drying area for muddy boots and wet coats.
Cot and high chair available, with prior request. Board games and cards available for older children.
Fax machine, copier and free wifi available. If all rooms are booked by the same company then 1 hour breakfast meetings can take place in the dining room.
The car park is within 15metres of the house via a gravel driveway of very slight gradient, to the front door.
There is one step into the hallway. All the ground floor rooms are floored with slate tiles and large rugs.
From the hallway there is a level walk to the breakfast room. This room is only available to guests for breakfast as it forms part of our family home.

There is one step into the garden. Guests have access to the garden at all times.
