A 'booking' means any order for our products or services on this site that is accepted by us.Acceptance will be made by us (and a contract concluded) when we have received full payment or requested deposit from you. There is no agent involved in this booking process. The contract is concluded between you as the Customer and us as the Business.
For arrival outside the normal hours of 5pm - 7pm, please contact Jacqui Wilcox on 01342 850514 to make alternative arrangements.
For cancellations made more than 60 days from arrival date a full refund less associated credit card fees will be given.Less than 60 days with full payment having been, made less associated credit card fees:60 - 45 days a 75% refund, 44 - 30 days a 50% refund, 29 - 15 days a 25% refund, 14 - 0 days no refund. Of course, we will endeavour to re-book the room and therefore give you full refund less any credit card expenses.If only a deposit has been paid and the booking cancelled, then the above terms applies to the full amount and not just the deposit. To make a cancellation, you will be required to call us on 01342 850514.Please ensure you have your credit / debit card details handy in order that we can arrange for the refund (where applicable) to be made.
We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the establishment, or the fabric of the establishment itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event your credit card will charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred.

Payment for the Booking Extra does not guarantee that the Booking Extra You have selected is available and in the event that the accommodation business is unable to provide the Booking Extra, a refund will be processed by the accommodation business for the value of the Booking Extra only. Failure to provide a Booking Extra does not entitle you to any waiver of any cancellation or other condition of these Booking Terms.
